High quality Continual Professional Development (CPD) for teachers in their first years of teaching helps create outstanding teachers and the training programme offered to all ECTs in Wokingham is a significant element of the package provided to support them. Enhancing the mentoring support provided in schools, the facilitators delivering the programme are all expert practitioners who share their knowledge and experience to inspire the participants.
